When You Pray
Feb 1, 2026 • Blaize Kreuger
This exploration of prayer challenges us to move beyond viewing it as a religious duty and instead embrace it as an intimate, ongoing conversation with our Heavenly Father. Drawing from the life of Jesus, we discover that prayer isn't just an action or moment—it's a lifestyle woven throughout every aspect of our existence. The Lord's Prayer from Matthew 6 becomes not a script to recite, but a roadmap for authentic relationship, captured in the acronym PRAY: Praise (worshiping God with awe and reverence), Repent (bringing confession and forgiveness), Ask (interceding for ourselves and others), and Yield (surrendering with thanksgiving). Ultimately, we're reminded that the only way to get prayer wrong is to not pray at all.
